Hi, I’m Yuliia.

I’m Yuliia, the founder of FinCore Advisory, a woman-owned and operated bookkeeping and financial advisory practice.

My journey from refugee to accounting professional in Washington State has shaped how I work—with resilience, care, and an understanding of what it takes to start again and build something of your own.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Financial Management, earned in Ukraine in 2009, and an Associate Degree in Accounting, earned in Washington State in 2025. With several years of hands-on experience, I support small businesses, startups, and nonprofits with bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and grant accounting.

I know how challenging the beginning can be. That’s why I enjoy helping organizations launch and grow—bringing order to their books, building practical financial processes, and providing support they can rely on.
